My take on the whole thing is that there is no harm in trying, even though the text is somehow explicit (HND no be BSC)
insourcing is a recruiting firm seconded to first bank of nigeria plc.it only recruit graduates with nd,hnd and nce. u can as well give it a trial as there is no harm in that.
