AN ICT FIRM LOCATED IN LAGOS IS IN NEED OF A PROJECT SECRETARY,

Job Description:

• Prepare correspondence, proposals, specifications, reports, organization charts, spreadsheets and presentations including typing, formatting, collation and distribution.
• Monitor reporting requirements and prepare monthly reporting requirements for the project as required.
• Maintain correspondence and filing in accordance with the relevant procedure.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements for the project team as required.
• Minute taking and distribution of minutes at project meetings as required.
• Arrange refreshments for client and staff meetings as directed.
• Coordinate mobilization of personnel to site and interfacing with client organizations for arrangement of site inductions.

Qualifications:

BSC / HND - Computer science / Mathematics / Electrical Eng. Or any other related courses.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a project secretarial or similar role preferably within the Telecommunications / ICT industry.
• Knowledge of ICT and Telecommunications terminology.
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
• Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.
• Ability to effectively carry out duties within tight time frames.
• Must have high attention to detail for all aspects of secretarial responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) skills.
• Knowledge of controlling correspondence and documents including ability to maintain both
electronic and hard copy filing as per project procedures.
• Diplomacy and ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
• High standard of personal presentation.
