Product Scope
- Smart phone, tablet, feature phone, data card, mobile wifi, CPE, router, etc.

Description
- Understand product specification and operation, conduct pre-sales testing and provide pre-sales/post-sales technical support to customers
- Track pre-sales/post-sales product problems, and timely conduct on-site faulty confirmation and failure analysis with R&D
- Being the engineering hub during pre-sales testing and post-sales issues, and proactively work with cross-groups to drive quick solution
- Provide technical training to local customers on product specification and operation, trouble shooting and maintenance
- Conduct pre-sales NCC approval
- Certificate and train local Service Centers, and manage service spare parts
- Conduct monthly service meeting with customer and yearly satisfaction survey


Qualifications
- Mininum BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information and Communication Technology or equivalent discipline
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales testing or post-sales issue handling
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering/telecommunication principles
- Strong communication skills and must be able to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms
- Understand failure modes effects and analysis
- With bench evaluation and debugging common sense
- With positive and serious working attitude
