Graduate Trainee
Double Trustee Investment is presently recruiting Graduates from all spheres of life into its company. Graduates will be given adequate training after which they will be absorbed into the company after showing traits of productiveness and efficiency.

Job Description
Record office expenditure and managing the budget;
Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management;
Organise meetings with staff;
Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction;
Organise the office layout and maintaining supplies of stock;
Ensure adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload;
Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and discipline staff;
Delegate work to staff and managing their workload and output;
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints;
Review and update health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed;
Write reports for senior management and delivering presentations;



Job Requirements

Minimum of an OND in any discipline
Must be computer literate
Must be trust worthy and polite
Must be resident in Lagos
Customer-friendly, sociable and result-oriented.
