Responsibilities:
- Deals with customer related issues either by telephone, email, electronically or face to face & also proffer solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Develops and maintain relationships with customers.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Create and maintain an up - to- date customer contact database.
- Follow- up on customers before, during and after sales.
- Provide pro-forma invoices.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Send SMS to customers and potential customers on a regular basis.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification is OND
- Required experience is 1-3 years
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Organized.
- Good listening and responding skills.
