believe it or leave it, 80k is your training alowance. No additional bonus except, may be products... You may exploit other means of fact-finding to exterminate every fragment of doubt.

@ Goodluck1, 250k-350k for a trainee?... Obviously, it is not Flour mills Nigeria, may be Flour mills SA...
In FMN, you only join the league of big boys after your training.

N250k per month for trainee? Even indigenous oil coys don't pay their trainee such...

I'll go with Proton on N80k which he called training allowance coz you don't earn salary until after completion of training & subsequent confirmation.

On the average, indigenous coys (manufacturing, production, oil servicing, etc) pay their trainees between 70k - 170k all benefits included.

Oil servicing guys can get more from field allowance...

You get above 170k only from oil producing & other multinational coys.

But I doubt if a multinational coy that is not an oil producer exists that pay above that range for trainees.

However, I can assure you that for most coy, after training, your account will fill the cash inflow coz your salary will be satisfying.

Mostly, if you learn your job fast, within 1-2yrs, you can sell urself to top coys & make fat salaries...

Besides, who said you can't resign should you find a better job while with a low pay employer. I've seen brains that leave the employer just weeks or months after employment.

So, just prepare well & get the job first.
