Job purpose
The MENEAT Development Program (MDP)
traineeship program in Africa was originated in
2011 to ensure that we have a supply of quality
local talent to fill our future management
positions in the markets where we operate. The
aim is to recruit around 5 graduates each year
and to put them through a two year rotational
development program (3 assignments in 3
different locations) within Africa and the Middle
East region before they return to their first
management position in their home market. The
program is essential to allow us to fill our talent
pipeline with high quality individuals with the
right attitude who wish to pursue a career within
an international company.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Commitment o undertake 3 international
assignments over a period of 2 years across
Africa and Middle East
Commitment to strive to deliver against
standards and demonstrate potential to succeed
at a senior level within
Willingness to learn and take advantage of the
numerous development opportunities available
across
Requirements
Education
Minimum University degree level education
Experience
Fresh graduate or experience in a commercial
environment.
Skills
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Full international mobility is a must
Fluent in English
Computer literate
Strive for Quality

completeness according to set standards (seeks
