    PLEASE I NEED HELP ON THE EXXON MOBIL INTERVIEW...I NEED TO KNOW THE PATTERN OF THEIR INTERVIEWS PLS IS IT STRICTLY TECHNICAL QUESTIONS OR JUST GENERAL QUESTIONS.

    @poster- i think the interview is basically the conventional questioning... Altho i heard they ve a section where they give you a mail of ten or so tasks.. The aim is to check how well you can prioritize your schedules... And then ask a question on wat challenging task were able to complete in recent times.... I think that's all i can remember from a friend who got to that stage last year... I suggest you check thru the archives, MOBIL 'd definitely bring alot of info... Goodluck bro

    They ask behavioural structural questions.
    E.g, give an example of a time u delivered on a deadline.
    Give example of a time u led a team.

    your answer has to be very detailed saying what the situation was, wat u personally did to remedy it, etc.

    You should know your teacher position job description, job qualifications then, teacher technical interview questions…, you can ref some questions as below:

    1. Tell me about yourself
    2. Why do you want to work at our company?
    3. Please tell me about your information about our company?
    4. How long would you expect to work for our company if hired?
    5. Do you know anyone who works for our company?
    6. Tell me some reasons why should our company hire you?
    7. Explain how you would be an asset to our company?
