Lead Cathodic Protection / Corrosion Engineer
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
Qualifications: – B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Key Technical skills
ü Experience in Cathodic Protection Design.
ü Experience in Corrosion Design, corrosion monitoring and inspection.
ü Experience in anode design and material selection.
ü Knowledge of RBI (risk based inspection) CRA (corrosion risk assessment)
ü Experience in Corrosion failure analysis, Material analysis and Corrosion management.
ü Experience in specification analysis, document control and technical writing
ü Experience in managing Key projects portfolio
ü Project management skills
ü Experience in Inspection services.
ü Experience in technical writing
ü Experience in CP / Corrosion Material Specification
ü Experience in Data sheet preparation
ü Good foundry and casting experience
ü Membership of many learned Institutions; NACE, ICorr, IOM3, Marine Corrosion Forum

Lead Process Engineer
Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
Qualifications: – B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering or related discipline

Key Technical skills
ü The Principal Process Engineer will technically be responsible for all process engineering work as well as allocating, supervising and directing deliverables.
ü Subject to project size, the Process Engineer will delegate some level of supervision and specific checking activities to appropriate competent personnel.
ü Supports the Project Management Team in planning, identifying technical issues that could limit progress and impact project budgets, and interfaces with the client.
ü Report to the Lead Project Engineer or Project Engineering Manager.
ü Leads the process activities in developing the process design within project budget and determining timing for resource requirements
ü Formulating resolutions to technically challenging and/or high profile issues
ü Reviews Invitation to Bid documents submitted in the proposals stage, prepares man-hour estimates and provides input to project execution plan
ü Prepares and/or reviews Process Design Basis, Philosophies, Studies, Heat & Material Balances, PFDs & UFDs, PEDs, Process Systems including P&IDs, Flow Assurance, Relief and Flare Design, Process Datasheets & HAZOP Close Out
ü Ensures compatibility and conformance with client specifications and recommends cost effective improvements to equipment selection/specifications within the scope of client specifications and requirements
ü Participates in HAZOP meeting with the client and representatives of the other engineering disciplines
