Please, does anyone know anything about this company? What is its management and salary structure for entry level engineer like?

Hello, i had a stint with the company as a sales engineer in 2004.The chairman then Chief John Edopoklor was not ready to pay. He prefered commission like remuneration with little salary,ngineerbut he has good training pgms for his engineers abroad I hope things have not changed now!!!
