Hey Guys,
I think the DPR entry level should expect at least 150K monthly has an office staff and a bit more as a field staff. His upfront begining of the year payment for housing security, and other sundry expenses should conservatively be about 2.5million.
Also on the argument of who pays better. guys I worked for NNPC for 8 years before resigning. DPR pays better than NNPC, and their salary increases more rapidly than NNPCs.

I want to shock you with this piece of informatiion.As an entry level or trainee DPR will pay you 133,333.33 naira per month(verified info by a DPR staff).The question here should be, why do I want to work in NNPC or DPR?Working for these organisations and others like Shell, Chevron, Mobil, Total, Agip will not determine your happiness in life. Infact it may create more agony for you.I have seen guy who resigned from these so called well paying establishment to set up their own businesses after about 2-3 years of service.Remember, you cannot be richer than your employer.Think wisely.

people sayiny N150k and N133k monthly, are you talking about basic salary or with all allowances? this question is important cos in discussing salary, u only talk about basic, every other allowances are made based on your basic salary, so lets have this in mind and talk basic salary.

Also you ask yourself, what qualification, cos BSc holder and HND holder do not earn same salary, the difference could be much esp in private companies and multinationals. So people quoting figures should as well specify what qualification it goes for.

the quoted sa;ary 4 dis parastatals that pays upfront is usually ur basic and take home, ur all other allowance is accumulated to pay ur upfront at the beginning of the year.
presently over 1000 people ve been interviewed and i learnt more to come, my question is how many more and perhaps how many are they really plan of employing.

@dumsy, there isnt no salary discrepancy between HND and BSc in federal parastatals(talkin cos i ve been dia) .the difference is that wen one comes in as an Engr the other as a Technician it only stays in the title. the discrepancy can only be felt later in the career line. wen a BSc grad can rise to become the director of a dept an HND grad cant.

i heard AT LEAST 250k take home pay
