I know u just saw a sample of a cover letter online and u want 2 follow every detail. Well, if u dont have info concerning the recruitment officer's name u can just address him/her as Sir/Madam. And the address part also is not important except where u actually have an address...

since you are applying directly to the site, and the administrators have clearly designated the section as the pan african graduate trainee position, just use that as the tittle and fill in other contents of the letter. the address is not necessary
