Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description:


  • Provide a friendly, efficient and professional customer service experience using phone, email and the web.
  • Deal with and respond to all customers contact received by phone, email and web in a professional manner within agreed service levels.
  • Process customer refunds using website back end system.
  • Produce reports as requested using relevant systems.
  • Provide operational, administrative and analytical support to the E-Commerce Operations Manager and any ad hoc tasks that arise within a busy e-commerce environment.
  • Investigate customer issues with 3rd party partners and brands to a satisfactory conclusion.
