    I guess the right one for graduates is Field Spec 1 because no experience is needed but it is for Technical graduates...

    For those going for a phone intervw, expect questns frm the contents of ur C.V. Also, ar questns from ur schl academic progrms and the challenges u had encounterd while handling a technical job. Finaly, ar thngs dat make u feel fit for d position u applied for, and thngs u knw and wish to knw abt BakerHughes. G.Luck!
