Presently, there is opening for the position of a construction engineer in an oil servicing company in Port harcourt.

The following competences are essential:
The person must
1. Have experience and knowledge of construction methods and activities.
2. Be able to review/interpret engineering drawings, specifications and other designdocuments; understand project design basis and contractual requirements.
3. Develop construction specifications, scope of work, estimates.
4. Prepare construction work packages.
5. Write daily and weekly construction reports.
6. Prepare presentations; make presentation to management/clients;
7. Work with construction QC to resolve any outstanding issue; recommends bestpractices.
8. Performs engineering work in the field to support construction without muchsupervision


The successful candidate shall have the following qualificationsand experience:
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 10years post NYSC experience in project management
  • Proficiency in the use of excel, power point and Microsoft project
