Oando and Conoil are racist Oil Companies, who employ only from a particular tribe in Nigeria. I believe u didnt apply for that job but was called for interview. Just take up the job and stop asking! !! !!!

I disagree wit u on Conoil. There are diff tribes, races in conoil, if u don't know ask questions. Indian, hause igbo , niger delta are in conoil.

I can't really say much about Conoil, but I know for sure that OandO is a racist company and you need to know somebody in top level before you can get a job in Oando, the online application is useless, the highly connected once will be ask to bring their hard copy to their office, and they ll process it for them. Forget all these vacancy you do see them post, its a political move to get awards and recognition. God bless my country and bless me.

One thing is certain about oando, yorubas are top priority! There may be a term for that o0, i don't know.
