Why shld naija graduates b naive? Banks hv stated it over & over & over again,dat even them dat are ur Bank hv NO right 4 wateva reason 2 demand 4 ur ATM PIN.This is PURE SCAM

Funny enough, the cinfores site has a link from the official PTDF site.....perhaps someone has broken into this...!!!

Chill out guys ... nobody has asked anyone to go register on the site yet. They're still working on the debit card payment integration that's why you see a dummy value (N123) there. When they complete that, PTDF will make an official announcement in dailies and on their website (as usual) to signal the commencement of the application process.

IMHO, the debit card option is a welcome development cos we all remember what we went through in order to get scratch cards last year. With this model, there will be nothing like scarcity of scratch cards and everyone will be able to apply till the application period closes. Well, let's see how it goes.
