Applications are welcome from candidates with:
- Work Authorisation for at least one African country
- An undergraduate degree or professional qualification
- English speaking with at least one African language
- Availability to attend the Summit in Lagos
1. Application
Complete the online application form and submit a copy of your latest CV. You only need to apply once in order to be considered for all suitable job opportunities at the Summit.

2. Shortlisting
Successful candidates will be shortlisted for interview by the participating companies. You will receive e-mail confirmations on the progress of your application. Don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away – most of the selection process happens around 3-6 weeks before the summit.
3. Invitation
As soon as a company selects you for an interview, you will receive an invitation to attend. This is an ongoing process, with the final list of invited candidates ready around 2 weeks before the event.
4. Your interview
Once you confirm your attendance, we will schedule your interview(s) and your personal interview schedule will be given to you on arrival at the Summit.
