@dynamicfellow: Is it not obvious that Chams can in no way match up to Cadbury?
Cadbury is a Multinational (precisely now American owned)
Cadbury pays better
Cadbury offers better working condition/environment
Cadbury gives me the opportunity to practise both core engineering (Supply Chain precisely) and IT (which I'm already vast with)
Cadbury......... the list is endless
I think it is unfair on Chams to try to compare them with Cadbury. Maybe a fair comparison will be GSK or Nestle
