JOB OBJECTIVE / ROLE DEFINITION

•The incumbent is responsible for acquiring scheduled training on SAP wave 2 relevant Modules and

deployment such training to pertinent operatives and users in his/her region for skills and capability

development.
•The person shall also be responsible for piloting implementation of SAP wave 2 in the region from Logistics

perspective to ensure that Project is delivered as per agreed scope, on schedule and within budgeted cost.
•The Regional Business Process Expert shall also be a coordinating unit and link between Head Office SAP Team

and his/her region on information/data gathering, resources allocation and reports rendition from

implementation stage to SAP Go Live.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates a platform for linkage between regional Logistics operations and Head Office SAP Team
• Resolves business issues in areas that impact the ability of the regional project team to deliver on

key objectives
• Be responsible for talent identification resource planning and allocation with the region
• Manages the execution of system unit, training of end-users and other SAP initiatives within the

region
• Plan, monitor and control the quality aspects of team deliverables in alignment with HQ Logistics team
• Ensures timely delivery of team deliverables.
• Performs detail reviews of all interim and final outputs required to complete from his/her region to

achieve complete data in Logistics
• Ensures effective post-implementation support is established for all Logistics activities in the

region
• Coordinates accurate Data capturing system for SAP implementation
• Conduct formal reviews at the completion of each task assigned and document learningss for future

reference
• Proactively anticipate possible operational hitch occasioned by new system and be responsible for

escalating to Business Process Leader where appropriate
• Ensure training of all regional end-users planned and executed with knowledge validation.

• Organizes training and coaching for , Key-user and Champions capability development.
• Review training material and organize end-user development thru training, knowledge validation and

coaching. Certify End users confirming their readiness for working with the processes and with the technology

solutions
• Set up performance Objectives for end/key users and conduct appraisals and development sessions as per

Performance management schedules.

• Maintain close Collaboration and relationship with Plant Managers Plant Head of Departments and

commercial team to ensure required support for Project is available.
• Act as a linkage between Plants/Depots in his/her region and HQ SAPA Team.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED (Expand on competencies & Skills)

• Total 5 to 7 years of professional experience with increasing management responsibilities and roles in

functional area.
• Ability to read, understand and analyze complex and integrated business process documents.
• Person should be fluent with Computer usage specially with Microsoft office.
