JOB DESCRIPTION:
Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities by cultivating and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with current and potential clients.
Work closely with corporate executives and senior managers.
Leverage executive-level relationships to develop targeted sales strategies that convey a customized approach to all business pursuits.
Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings
Work alongside down line Managers to ensure specified territory is managed and effectively run and train sales team on affiliate relationships in each territory
Build and maintain successful relationships with partners
Expand market intelligence of health benefits industry to drive business forward

QUALIFICATION: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in any discipline with not less than 2:2, HND with credit.
