@speakout2015 i think you can still send it via courier, before the scripts are marked and results collated, but in my opinion, i'd suggest u just wait till u are sure u passed the test before taking that steps, but on a neutral ground, play safe and send it,that might be the edge that u need over other applicants from your state, hope this helps
