EXPECTED OUTCOMES – OBJECTIVES

 The origin of vision and dreams of nations founding fathers;
 The "Good-to-Great" model of achieving spectacular results at individual, organizational, community, or national level;
 Introduction to nine spheres of influence in the society: education, politics, business, media, arts and entertainment, culture, religion and etc;
 How to identify and package their passion and interests towards national building
 A core group, the INT Alumni that will aid your platform for change as co-labourers

CORE VALUES
INT core values are: Responsibility, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence (RICE). This connotes that INT aims to produce participants who should be known for being responsible in action change, integrity in character, compassion in outlook, and excellence in program execution
My keynote thoughts: “Empowerment for me means being a solution provider of social anomalies in governance, spanning all spheres of influence in nations. My stand is to be a ‘voice’ for the oppressed and disadvantaged of society and this I do through a platform called “The Elitist Shift Society” – TESS. In Ukraine for example, a man stands tall as his works in transforming a nation are well evidenced on local and national levels even into Europe and all Nations presently. His name is Pastor Sunday Adelaja. Another man has emerged as a “voice” in raising leaders in African Nations, born in Nigeria yet of an international repute in character and values. He also stands tall, and that is why he is also burdened for a new Africa, a new Nigeria. His name is Prof Vincent Anigbogu, the DG of the Institute. We all stand for what is truth and just, national righteousness is what unites us together at INT. We don’t only belong to a church and limit God and our faith to the four walls of that church, we take our faith out with us when we leave the church and demonstrate the Christian behavior in all the spheres of our society, so that lives can be transformed and God’s kingdom and the redemption of the land can be fulfilled on earth. The results are discomfort and shaking of the traditional way things have been done in our society both in religious and secular sections but they must be borne due to our stand. Are you ready to face the brutal facts of life? Then attend the BLC Training coming up! You’ll be glad you attended this course!” – Taiwo Adejumo (SW Zonal Coordinator, INT Nigeria).
