AN ARCHITECTURAL FIRM BASED IN LAGOS REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF COMPETENT, RESOURCEFUL AND RESULT ORIENTED INDIVIDUALS TO FILL THE FOLLOWING VACANCIES:


1 Senior Architect
Location: Lagos

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of M.Sc. Architecture or its equivalent
- Architect with a 8-12 years relevant working experience in a consulting firm.
- Must be registered with an NIA & ARCON

Responsibility
i. Preparation of preliminary design schemes for clients’ approval
ii. Ability to produce detailed Architectural working drawings and contract documents including details, specifications etc. with minimum supervision.
iii. Ability to Reconcile/coordinate the work of other professionals, engineers, quantity surveyors, specialist consultants, to deliver high quality projects/construction works.
iv. Tender documentations and project management
v. Must be creative, intuitive with high level of design ability.
vi. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD/Revit Architecture, 2D/3D, Animation and other relevant design/presentation software’s.
vii. Self starter, result oriented, ability and zeal to work long hours with minimal supervision.


2 Architect
Location: Lagos

Qualification:
- Minimum of HND or M.Sc. Architecture or its equivalent
- Architect with a 3 - 6 years relevant working experience in a consulting firm.
- Registration with an NIA & ARCON will be an advantage.

Responsibility:
i. Preparation of preliminary design schemes for clients’ approval.
ii. Ability to produce detailed Architectural working drawings and contract documents including details, specifications etc. with minimum supervision.
iii. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD/Revit Architecture, 2D/3D, Animation and other relevant design/presentation software’s.

v. Assist in Tender documentations and project management

3 Resident Architects
Location: Ibadan, Asaba & Uyo

Qualification:
- Minimum of M.Sc Architecture or its equivalent.
- Architect with a 10-15 years relevant working experience.
- Must be registered with an NIA & ARCON

Responsibility/Experience
i. 10 - 15 years post qualification experience with verifiable experience in residency services especially in residential estate developments or other large scale development.
ii. Experience in site Administration and Project management.
iii. Experience in Schedule Management, Risk Management & Cost Control.
iv. Excellent communication skills
v. Quality assurance and Quality Control skills.
vi. HSE Management Skills
vii. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD as well as Project management software.
viii. Self starter, result oriented, ability and zeal to work long hours with minimal supervision.

4 Architectural Draftsman
Location: Lagos

Qualification:
- Minimum of OND/HND Architecture
- Working experience of 3-5 years as draftsman

Responsibility:
i. Preparation of comprehensive working drawings and construction details.
ii. Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, as well as 2D presentation drawings.
iii. Ability to produce 3D presentation drawings and Animation will be an added advantage.
iv. Proficiency in Corel Draw, Ms Office and other automated tools will be added advantage.Ø
v. Strong Communication skills.
vi. Self starter, result oriented, ability and zeal to work long hours with minimal supervision.





5 Secretary
Location: Lagos

Qualification and Experience:
- OND/HND Secretarial Studies or its equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years hand-on experience in office administration preferably in consultancy or contracting firm.

The ideal candidate must:
i. Possess high level proficiency in the use of relevant computer softwares and programs including but not limited to MS Word, Microsoft Excel, Corel Draw, Power Point Presentation.
ii. Be able to communicate clearly and unambiguously in speech, writing and documentations
iii. Excellent communication skills
iv. Be alert, dedicated, level-headed and possess high intellectual capability
v. Possess a clear analytical mind, innovative and be able to work long hours with minimum supervision.

6 Account Clerk
Location: Lagos
Responsibility
i. Maintain accounting records by making copies and filing documents.
Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
​Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups
ii. Prepare and submit customer invoices
iii. Prepare and coordinate deposit activities
Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
iv. ​Prepare payroll for all staff
v. Assist in management co-ordination
vi. ​Prepare balance sheet
vii. Document all receipts of goods and services from customer
viii. ​And perform other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Principal


Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND in Finance or Accounting or any Social Science field with minimum
i. of upper credit
ii. Minimum of two(2) years work experience in similar position
iii. ​Must be able to pay attention to details
iv. Problem-solving skills
v. Must be Self –motivated and goal oriented
vi. ​Must be proficient with the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, Corel draw and Microsoft Access/Database e.t.c
vii. Possess a clear analytical mind, innovative and be able to work long hours with minimum supervision.
