We are recruiting to fill the position of a company receptionist:

JOB PURPOSES

• OND in Administration from reputable Institution, Secretarial studies is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and computer skills in addition in being fluent in English Language.
• Must be a precise, punctual & reliable individual.
• Certificate in Desktop Publishing is compulsory.
• Should have a good sense of organization ans planning
• Ability to use the following package:Microsoft Office Suite, Coreldraw and other graphic design packages
• Should have the ability to understand the business, its context and its future evolution
• Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
• Personal commitment, tenacity and energy applied to his/her management.
• Must be a female
  
• Must reside in or around Ota in Ogun State.
