Please what are the consideration factors for the intake? Is it only test and interview? how can we trust this criteria for successful candidate?

I still want to ask,what is the criteria of imagining successful to be shortlisted for the test because i know that many people will be qualifying if we go by those stipulated requirements.
Will they make do with all candidates?
Last year, they conducted one aptitude test and an interview. However, they normally conduct just one interview for selection, but the aptitude test was included last year bc of some reasons........Quote:
