Kudos to all that have been sharing the materials by sending to others email. I will also be needing the materials, but instead of sending mails time and time again, I will rather ask that anyone with the materials should help upload it to sites like www.4shared.com or www.scribd.com.
With that, you only need to post the link or just tell us the name you use in uploading to the particular site, and any person in need of such can easily download from that link.

Also, I am wondering if anyone has gotten another mail stating a specific date/ time along with an address for the test. If you have, please let us know. So far, this is the best recommendation i've seen. You guys are flooding this thread with messages of send materials to email addresses when one person can just upload and the link.
There are people asking important questions and nobody seems to be answering their questions! 30 pages of "send to my email address" is unproductive.
@ the guy who has not been called, don't give up yet. I know someone who just got the email to confirm his degree on friday and they asked him to respond by today so they may still be issuing out invitations. Keep your head up.
