Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
I am ashamed of this thread. I am not surprised. Most of the second class uppers mobil seeks to employ got that grade through sorting of their courses, and think that they can continue that way to the job market. I send my feedback to dragnet on the test I have written with them, and the current mobil leakage saga. I am surprise that they can't even acknowledge receipt of my message. Let me assume that they have not read it. All the same, I strongly believe that there is hope for this country. When prophet Elijah asserted that he is the only true worshipper of Jah left, jehovah assured him that there are over 7000 that have not bowed down to baal. For those that have suffered like me for treading the path of integrity - a path tread by few - I say bravo. God is still on the throne. Surely there will be victory over evil. I passed my first dragnet test without cheating. Mobil test cannot be an exception.

@solidarehome, @Tripple-C I am so happy for your last comment. I have said it earlier that we need to move ahead. I still have a strong believe that i will make it to the next stage. I also believe that early preparation prevent poor performance as well as the urge to look for expo. It is in the light of these that i have requested for the nature of the skill test. Some useful information as regards the test format could help a great deal in the preparation for it.

From what I know regarding the skills test, the rule of thumb is that what ever be your course of study, ask yourself this question...HOW DOES MY COURSE OF STUDY INTERFACE WITH THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY?
Mech Engrg...Pumps, compressors, power plants, pipeline (as regards transport of fluid), pressures, temperature, strength of engrg material
Elect/Elect....Electronics should not be deceived, its more of power generation and transmission questions, Electronics and computer guys have their own questions under EMIT Recruitment, that is the info-tech guys
same rule applie sto all other engrg disciplines, and for...
Chem Engrg and Pet Engrg...need I say anything? the industry is your brithright, looooool
The good part is that you will be given opportunity to choose your skills test from either your first or second degree courses. 45 or 50 multiple choice questions (MCQs) to be answered in an hour
anyone with more concrete info should by all means drop it in...thanks guys
