sterling bank offer says 140k but there are a lot of things attached to it, for instance 20% of that amount is tied to performance, as a marketer, u can work for 2 years and not see that 20% unless u attain certain level of performance, then another 10% is tied to performing branches, if ur branch is not performing, u lose another 10%. so ur offer might say 140 but ur take home could be 80 although they still pay quarterly.
for zenith, the entry level is ET and it pays a little above 100k although the offer letter says a lot more than that but upon confirmation, u are entitled to more.

I advice u go for zenith, Sterling is not a very strong Bank n their Salary pckg is tied to so many things.
Pls when did u do ur interview? I also did d last stage interview with d ED n GM, pls what nxt n how many more stages b4 ur given an offer letter? I'v been waiting for them to call. Pls ur response will b highly appreciated.

I think u should consider zenith, u have to consider job security at sterling n their promotuon ladder is a long one. Pls I'll appreciate ur response to my questions. Thanks a lot.
