A highly reputable company is dire need of a Customer Relation Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Relates with customers; both external and internal.
Act as the Front Desk Officer
Deals with customer related issues & also proffer solutions.
Develops and maintain relationships with customers.
Analyse customer feedbacks and initiate changes.
Create and maintain an up - to- date customer contact database.
Follow- up on customers before, during and after sales.
Liaise with other departments with respect to customer sales, services and after sales services.
Provide pro-forma invoices.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Send SMS to customers and potential customers on a regular basis ( monthly, special occasions, etc)
Other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Skills and Competencies

Good knowledge of customer service and standards.
Good communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Smart appearance (dressing).
Ability to handle pressure.
Can effectively handle complaints, especially from unpleasant customers.
Has eye for details.
High level of initiative.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Social Sciences.
At least, one year cognate experience in a similar position.
