im not in a shoe but i have attended workforce interview twice, since it is test/interview is nothing more than the usual be sure they will ask her competency based questions and the usual interview question, your aspirations tell me about yourself why should we hire you, do u think u have the adequate experience/skills to succeed in this job........ i repeat nothing more than the usual, i wish her good luck
