going by the workforce test i did recently, you will GMAT-like quantitative reasoning & qualitative reasoning. Also u will have short essays where u will be asked questions that requires yes, no or it is not in the passage answer. You may also meet some graphical analysis question, since u won't be allowed calculator, dont waste ur time on this part. Lastly u will be asked logical questions like if five people A B C D E are to stand in a row with A and D alws together...... Try to see if u can do this part because it is often easier and faster than it appears.
