We are [COLOR=#009900 !important]looking for someone[/COLOR] who:[/COLOR]

    1. Is ambitious, detail-oriented, methodical, inquisitive, passionate about people, confident and energetic. You are good with details and scheduling, and you like to write lists and work from a checklist at all times.
    2. Is self-motivated, organized, positive "can-do" attitude and would like to have a stable career in a dynamic and challenging environment.
    3. Enjoys working alone most of the time, and with people some of the time. The work you'll be doing is typically alone and with minimal supervision. We are not in the business of micro-managing people. If you're the type of person who likes to chitchat with people and [COLOR=#009900 !important]friends a[/COLOR] lot, this probably isn't right for you.
    4. Has a first degree in any discipline with 1 – 2 years’ experience. We don't expect you to have previous recruiting experience. In fact, we are looking for people with diverse work and life experiences - engineers, doctors, architects, sales people, accountants, lawyers……human resource people are not left out.
    5. Lives in Lagos. Lagos mainland candidates have an added advantage.
    6. Excellent command of the English Language both orally and in writing. This is very key to getting this job. You will need to be a confident and effective communicator, easily able to talk to a Managing Director one minute and a student the next. You should also be a good listener, who cares about people and is genuinely interested in what makes people tick.
    7. Is “tech-savvy” and knows how to use Microsoft Office productivity tools (you must know things like Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Outlook.)
    8. Is dependable (I'm talking about VERY dependable... not the "This usually doesn't happen, but it happened again" type).
    9. Doesn't take things personally, have feelings hurt easily or get offended at all. Stays objective and likes to always use logic to make decisions.
    10. Is cool and relaxed, but always pushing to get things done. It's important that you like to take responsibility, and your main focus is always delivering results.

    As a recruitment consultant, you'll be expected to win new business, develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and source the most suitable candidates whilst maintaining deadlines and exceeding targets all within our customer service standards. The role incorporates these elements:

    1. Business Development
      • cold calling new clients
      • warm calling current clients
      • generating new [COLOR=#009900 !important]business leads[/COLOR]
      • ensuring payments for services are received

    2. Candidate Generation
      • attracting and headhunting professionals
      • identifying talent amongst large pool of applications
      • organizing and attending recruitment/[COLOR=#009900 !important]job fairs[/COLOR]
      • building rapport with professionals and getting them interested in your [COLOR=#009900 !important]vacancies[/COLOR]

    3. Customer Service
      • giving clients a top level of service
      • organizing [COLOR=#009900 !important]interviews[/COLOR]
      • attending to enquiries from clients and candidates

    I also got a reply to come for a written test, how was it and what should I expect... I need an urgent reply
