U can say: I am sure dat i am the candidate u re looking for.If you feel the same,den am sure dat ur offer will be fair and commensurate with the value i can bring the company.

Or u can do research on the company to knw deir pay structure eg;the year dey established could stil give u a clue on wat deir pay structure wil look like.But more importantly,try not to be so cheap or too expensive.Jst stand btw dem.

U can stil tell dem wat u re earning which is below wat dey pay and tell dem dat u re looking someting above it.

I used the 3rd point and it worked for me.
