I have not receive mine.... maybe its in batches i guess, my advice for every one that received
the message from them should really take it serious simply because its a FEDERAL GOVT job...we all know the security attached with such a job....

Pls those that ve already filled d form i want to verify something from you. After filling d form did d page close automatically and popped up to the VIO website? Nothing like 'your application has been submitted successfully'

yeah afta i clicked finished..it brought back der page without saying u wer succesful.
