DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | - Develop business plans and strategies in conjunction with the General Manager as to how best to drive business growth
- Manage branch managers and ensure they meet their targets
- Prospect and sell Toyota brand of vehicles
- Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to clients
- Coordinate the logistic and sales admin activities
- Represent the company in sales bids and negotiations
- Effective management of the sales group
- Maintain a mutual relationship with customers
- Authorization of sales document (invoice, waybill, warranty etc)
- Place monthly production order with TNL
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | - Courteously greet visitors and other clients, determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate person or office
- Maintain responsibility for general secretarial support functions to the department to ensure efficient utilization of time.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES | - Receive vehicles from customers
- Generate the fees for their vehicle repairs
- Prepare the invoice or quotation using the job cards
- Transfer the vehicle to the workshop manager, who sends it to the technicians for repairs
- Follow up with the workshop staff, in order to ensure the repairs are excellently done within the agreed time
- Manage the process of transferring the vehicle back to the customer and ensure payment for services rendered

- Initiate creative ideas on how warranty cover can be used to increase car sales and after sales services
- File in warranty claims from Toyota Motor Corporation
- Generate Dealer Technical Reports for warranty claims, customer information, management reports and TNL information

- Organize and implement On-the Job Training for skill development program of all branches.
