Vacant Position: Sales Executive and Marketers Department: Business Development Location: Lagos Job Description: •Meet set targets using given strategies within available time frame given •Assess, evaluate and prioritize strategy values adding opportunities •Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of business development solutions across the business •Ensure high quality customer services are provided consistently, timely, effectively and efficiently to clients, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels •Scope and challenge existing business policies and practices with appropriate business strategies and seek to continuously improve the services provided by the business. i.e. strive for continuous improvement; bring business understanding / alignment to business policy development and provide a conduit for testing draft policy within the business •Lead the team of markets and adeptly advice and counsel them on performance concerns and conflict resolution •Liaise with management to develop specific business plans •Develop business strategies to achieve required targets •Develop new strategies and programs to attract the most clients •Ensure that the business is adequately managed with the right people, in the right place and at the right time •Ensure the team works with the new business strategies and policies and source information from team members on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions best suited to meet target •Ensure the team assists in the Identification and implementation of necessary process improvements to business strategies and impact survey administration. QUALIFICATION: - BSc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree. - Minimum of a year relevant post National Youth Service experience REQUIRED SKILL: · Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills · Demonstrable analytical and negotiation skills · Effective communications and engagement skills · Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role. - Key experience of working with teams Interested applicant should send their CV to [email protected] not later than 25th of October 2012
