The Role
- Maintain timely and accurate records of financial data ranging from income, payments, sales, and purchases
- Update and maintain accounting records
- Record all transactions and post debits and credits
- Produce financial statements and prepare reports and summaries for supervisors
- Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers etc
- Record transactions in books of accounts.

2. Executive Assistant
The Role
- Manage the CEO’s office
- Attending events/meetings as the principal's representative
- Reading, monitoring and responding to the CEO's email,
- Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Planning, organising and managing events
- Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
- Preparing papers for meetings

Qualification:
HND in Secretarial Studies, Computer Science, Business Admin

- Writing minutes & taking dictation

5. Store Keeper
The Role
- Ensure that delivered products conform with order specifications.

- Take numerical inventory of merchandise supplied to the outlets.
- Coordinate inventory items dispatch for prompt delivery of product to outlets.
- Coordinate labeling of product to be distributed to branches.
- Receives faulty goods from Customer care and report to Head of Department for further action.
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Examine and inspect stock items for defects, reporting any damage to line manager.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments, expenditure and goods used or issued.
- Compile, review and maintain data from purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents.

OND in Business Studies etc
