THE RESPONSIBILITY/SKILL: Shall communicate courteously with customers - Shall provide help and advice to customers using the organization's products - Shall handle customers complaints or any major incident - Shall lead and supervise a team of customer service staff.

QUALIFICATION: minimum of OND in any related course. The ideal candidate for this job must be versatile in the use of Microsoft suites, vast in sourcing, good interpersonal skills, team working skills, attention to details and honesty are required to be successful on this job.
