A newly established company in Lagos is in need of a well qualified and enthusiastic professional to work as part of our team in a brand new international business development company which has recently opened an office in Nigeria and intends to have a wide regional outreach. The company will be operating offices all over the country therefore all applications are welcomed from applicants residing in this region.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule our daily agenda and to-do list, as well as weekly and monthly calendar appointments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing telephone, fax, and e-mail traffic.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, i.e. sort and read mail, draft responses, maintain network database, receive and send overnight packages.
  • Reading, monitoring and responding to emails.
  • Answering calls and handling queries.
  • Preparing correspondences
  • Commissioning work on the principal's behalf.
  • Liaising with staff, clients, etc.
  • Managing the principal's electronic diary, highlight urgent correspondence.
  • Booking meetings.
  • Taking dictation.
  • Planning, organising and managing events.
  • Managing a budget.
  • Attending events/meetings as representative.
  • Conducting research on the internet.
  • Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters.
  • Preparing presentations.
  • Preparing papers for meetings.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma from any field are welcome to apply
