Sales Manager – Pharma Raw Materials & Chemicals - Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description / requirements:

- Liaise with customers for sales enquiries, orders & timely payments.

- Develop new customers & add products to the existing range.

- Maintain proper sales target, payment & all related records.

- Report to Head Office. in Hong Kong on daily basis

- Assist the Country Manager in admin/logistics and any other works as assigned from time to time from the Head Office

- University Graduate with Diploma in Marketing and Sales preferred.

At least 3-5 years experience in selling Pharma Raw Materials/ Chemicals/ Industrial products in Nigeria required.

- Must be familiar with Computer & MS office applications - word, excel, outlook etc.

- Must be well-organised with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Honest, Hardworking, Responsible & Proactive.

Finance/Accounts Manager – Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Qualifications: UG – B.Com, PG M.Com
Experience: 4 – 5 years, Prior working knowledge of West Africa Region would be an advantage.
Industry: Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, Information Technology & Office Automation distribution.

Job Role

  • GL Accounting and Reporting for Nigeria businesses.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance.
  • Reviewing the payments, accounting data, undertaking overseas MIS reporting, reviewing payroll including TDS deductions, monitoring TDS compliances, involved in VAT compliances.
  • Responsible for timely closing the books, preparation and review of financial statements as per Nigerian statutory requirement, interfacing with the statutory auditor.
  • Close co-ordination with Head Office and extensive use of word and excel applications.
  • Handle Treasury (cash flow planning and fund transfer) and Bank-related issues.
  • Review payments & employee claims reimbursement.
  • Receivables follow-up, Sales Administration.
  • Control of Inventories and physical verification of inventories on a timely basis.
  • Logistics and imports handling.
  • All General Administration matters.
  • Knowledge of Tally required. Prior working experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage.


To undertake these functions, the candidate will be required to follow the accepted methodologies and processes of the firm.
