We are currently recruiting for the position of Payroll Administrator. The Ideal candidates should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. Familiarity with other HR Software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities include preparation and disbursement of payroll for ALL outsourced staff including timely tax payments

Duties:

Auditing, preparation and processing of payroll, in accordance with current Nigerian labor law guidelines/regulations
Ensure payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner
Review computed wages and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings/hours
Verify that all payroll changes are processed correctly
Process pay payroll taxes in accordance with federal and state tax requirements
Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files
Process employment verification
Prepare special reports as requested by management
Work successfully in team environment assisting other members of the team when needed

Requirements:

First degree from any reputable university(Local/International)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level)
1-2 years hands on experience preferred
Familiarity with HR Software will be an added advantage
Professional membership with any HR body.
