Job Position: Administrative Secretary
Location : Port Harcourt
Job description:

• Organizing preparing agendas for and taking minutes of meetings including annual general meetings (AGMs)
• maintaining statuary books including registers and management files
• dealing with correspondence collecting information and writing reports
• contributing to meeting discussions as and when required and advising memebers of the legal governance management accounting taxt implications of policies
• monitoring changes in relevant legalization and regulatory environment and taking appropriate action
• liaising with external regulators and advisers such as legal department and company external auditors
• taking responsibility for the HSE and also contribute to matters related to insurance and properly
• developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes
• maintaining on time reminders for meetings filing requirement and seminars for relevant management personnel involved
• overseeing public relations and other aspects of the company not mentioned above

Qualification:

• relevant degree in secretarial studies or administration
• NYSC program
• computer literate
• flexible in approaching problem solving i.e innovative
• must present excellent references
• must be willing to travel
• ICSAN qualification an added advantage
