General Manager - Advertising

Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
• Advertising Planning
• Sales & Marketing objectives applied to Communication direction
• Propose Communication objective & strategy
• Propose Advertising campaign strategy
• Budget Planning : Annually, Monthly etc
• Set and Analyses Media Strategy & Planning
2. Operation Process
• To manage and handle all advertising matters in accordance with advertising campaign, media plan, production plan and sales promotion plan.
• Briefing and advertising process outline with Agency
• To cooperate and coordinate with divisions concerned i.e. product planning, PR, Sales etc in arranging the advertising matters.
• To direct and coordinate with Advertising agency in Advertising concept & Creative development
3. Controlling and Supervision
• Advertising campaign and all ad materials
• Media plan & media schedule
• Advertising budgeting
• Production costing
4. Support related activities
• Events, PR activities etc
5. Periodically review and get evaluation used for advertising development Market situation, Competitors’ Communication & media expenses, Media effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Male or Female, age between 38 - 45 years.
• Bachelor or Master's degree or in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 5-10 year experience in Advertising and with professional media.
• Having experience in broadcasting industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy.
