1. VACANCY - INTERNAL AUDITORS
Work description:
Major roles and responsibilities of internal audit function are summarized as below:

  • evaluates and provides reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended and will enable the organization’s objectives and goals to be met
  • reports risk management issues and internal controls deficiencies identified directly to the audit committee and provides recommendations for improving the organization’s operations, in terms of both efficient and effective performance
  • evaluates information security and associated risk exposures
  • evaluates regulatory compliance program with consultation from legal counsel
  • evaluates the organization’s readiness in case of business interruption
  • maintains open communication with management and the audit committee
  • teams with other internal and external resources as appropriate
  • engages in continuous education and staff development
  • Provides support to the company's anti-fraud programs.

Requirements: BSc or HND 1-3 years’ experience with ACCA/ICAN or student membership in final level.

2. VACANCY - ACCOUNTANT
Work description:

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements: BSc or HND 0-3 years’ experience with 1st -2nd stage ICAN/ACCA P.E , accounting package (peachtree) will be an added advantage

3. VACANCY – ADMIN/SECRETARY OFFICER
Description

  • using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • devising and maintaining office systems;
  • booking rooms and conference facilities;
  • using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
  • attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
  • managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing;
  • liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
  • sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post;
  • liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation;
  • organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.

Other duties may include:

  • recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required;
  • manipulating statistical data;

Basic Tasks:

  • Store and release supplies or equipment’s

  • Checking the supplies from time to time

  • Disseminate the supply in its designated areas.
  • Securing the status of each supply.
  • Checking possible damages or scratches

5. VACANCY – DISPATCH RIDER OFFICER
Responsibilities/roles:
1.) Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using radios or telephones.

2) Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.

3) Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two-way radios.

4) Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.

5) Prepare daily work and run schedules.

6) Receive or prepare work orders.
