Our client is a new organisation that engages in innovation with a bold vision to increase property and wealth creation in Nigeria through entrepreneur and innovation.

We seek to employ individuals who are passionate and determined to make a difference in their society. The following positions are vacant for urgent fill up:

1. FACILITY MANAGER

a. JOB SCOPE:- The position will manage a portfolio of residential buildings, hostels, plants and equipment. The successful candidate will enjoy direct reports from both skilled and unskilled staff and the external appointed subcontractor. Would provide efficient customer service that ensure problems are dealt with effectively.

b. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
- Good technical understanding of property, related plant and equipment.
- A Tertiary qualification preferably in Building/Construction/Estate management or any any Social Science.
- Minimum of 5years experience in Property/Facilities Management.
- An Analytical ability is essential. Must be able to think out of the box.
- General management skills of good planning and organising.
- Good communication and people interaction skills are essential.
- A proactive and creative capacity is necessary.
- Must be an amiable and approachable personality.
- Must be a team builder and strong player too.
- Possess good working knowledge of computer skills.
- Must be currently resident at Abeokuta.

2. ADMINSTRATIVE/PROCUREMENT MANAGER[/b][/i]
A. JOB SCOPE:- The position will manage, organise, communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organisational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
- Monitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, result relating to procurement activities.
- Manage/liase with Stock control, warehouseing and distribution activities.
- Negotiate contracts for sales/purchases and manage, renew, review contracts as required to enable effective operations and customer supplier relations.

B. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
Same as that in 1b but with a Tertiary Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Statistics.

3. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
a. Possess a higher degree in Food Science & Technology, Nutrition, Home Economics.
b. Proven experience in an established Bar, Restaurant, Conference or Banqueting Business.
Not less than five (5) years experience.

4. BUILDING MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR:-
B.Sc/HND in Building, Architecture or Estate Management. Not less than three (3) years practical experience in Building maintenance.

5. SECURITY GUARD SUPERVISOR:-
Knowledge of basic Security and Fire Inspection procedures. Minimum of three (3) years experience in Police of Security field. Any equivalent combination of experience and or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

6. FRONT OFFICE/RECEPTIONIST:-
A. The successful candidate will be responsible for the reception desk, carrying out general administration duties and will assist with the day to day running of the hostels.

B. SKILLS , KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:- Lively, enthusiastic person who can cope under pressure to work in a busy office environment.

Compulsory: Supervisory experience, computer literate and have reception experience. Excellent communication skills. Minimum of three (3) years work experience with B.SC /BA in English Language, Mass Communications, Theatre Arts or any social sciences.

Please note :
Candidates for positions 7 to 13 must have mini,um qualification of WAEC, GCE or NECO. Not less than two (2) years practical experience in the field of vocation. Must be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision. Have good communication skills both oral and written.
