Job Description
Driving business targets of the WB Banking segment. Keep abreast with WB market developments to achieve better customer service and sharpened sales focus.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:


  • To achieve allocated sales target.
  • To plan and conduct sales activities such as cold calling and cold visiting to source for potential customers on a daily basis.
  • To develop sales channels/networks effectively.
  • To prepare and submit application documents，sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis.
  • To attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions，sales/marketing events，seminars and other business related functions as and when required.
  • To out serve clients' needs.
  • To manage and conduct sales activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation such as MLP and CRM, and to ensure all can pass the audit requirements.



Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor degree and above, major in finance will be a plus.
  • Know very well about the local culture and WB customers.
  • Optimistic, willing to work under high pressure.
  • Quick learner and willing to face challenges.
  • Good communication skills.
