Operation’s Assistants



Responsibilities

Supervisory/Operational Duties
• Decodes post orders to the operatives and ensure strict adherence to the post orders at the protected locations
• Maintains strict discipline and adherence to laid down regulations by the operatives under his command
• Patrols and monitor the activities of guards and beats under his command
• Patrol tour of the protected premises
• Ensures that assigned area of responsibility is stabilized and devoid of any criminal activities
• Prepares daily incident reports for the Operations Officer, giving recommendations on how to improve our efficiency and effectiveness
• Assists in developing the operatives by ensuring that their competencies are fully developed to meet future challenges in the industry
• Handles operatives complaints
• Download information from clocking device from all their allocated to the mobile downloader.
• Attend to welfare issues.
• Undertakes induction & training for operatives.

Client Management
• Maintains regular contact and good rapport with clients in order to respond to their complaints and demands as quickly as possible

Communication /Reporting
• Daily submission of task sheet to Operation Officer
• Gives feedback on daily routine activities

Job Objectives
To ensure strict discipline and adherence to post orders and all laid down regulations by the operatives. Maintain effective patrolling and monitoring of activities of guards and beats under his command.


Qualification and Experience
• 1st degree in any related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years Industrial Security experience









Job Title
RESPONSE / PROTOCOL COMMANDER

Responsibilities

Response/Escort Duties
• Ensures that the drivers, armed policemen and the vehicle to use for the patrol are clean and in good condition.
• Patrols the residences of all Halogen accredited armed reaction clients panic button under his locations
• Ensures assigned areas of responsibility is stabilised and devoid of criminal activities and unproductive actions
• Reacts promptly to distress calls from our Clients locations
• Ensures that the armed policemen attached to the team perform their duties accordingly.
• Ensures that assigned area of responsibility is stabilized and devoid of criminal activities thereby restores client’s confidence of being secured at all time.
• Ensures constant patrol of every location under his command and makes sure that all critical spots are adequately patrolled day and night.
• Ensures effective communication with control room, AR/P Officer and RM on all incidents during the course of his duty.
• Ensures that operational information on pick up or about the clients are not divulged to unauthorised person.
• Ensures that documents/ task sheet relating to the movement of clients are well kept.
• Ensures constant visits to all protocol clients, holding meetings with them where necessary with a view to build very strong relationships with them.
• Ensures his team members are fully prepared for the task and be on ground one hour ahead of the scheduled pick up time.
• Ensures that the armed reaction/ Protocol commanders are conversant and comply with our standard operations procedures at all time in the course of their duties.
• Any other duty assigned by ARP Officer.
Client Management
• Maintains regular contact and good rapport with clients in order in order to respond to their complaints and demands as quickly as possible.
• Ensure that client’s safety/ security of the principal while in transit form the pick up point to his destination.
Communication/ Reporting
• Prepares daily incident reports operations reports for the response / Protocol giving recommendations on how to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
• Prepares weekly / monthly operations reports on executed tasks to the ARP Officer.


Job Objective(s)

To take responsibility for client’s safety at any location and to ensure proper supervision of the escort team in reacting to emergencies from our Clients.


Qualification and Experience

• 1st Degree or equivalent, preference for higher qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience, at least 1year must be in the security industry. Military experience will be an added advantage
• Good Physique ( Tall and well groomed)
• Certified Protective Officer Certificate will be an added advantage.

Regional Secretary



Responsibilities
Office/Clients’ Management
• Receives and attend to RM’s calls, mails and other enquiry
• Answer phone calls, e-mail and respond to queries promptly and in a professional manner
• Attend to incoming and outgoing visitors and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Drafts RM’s presentation for both internal and external meetings
• Manages RM’s calendar and time
• Coordinates and ensure proper logistics for RM’s trips
• Ensures clear itinerary is put in place to manage EXCO members during trips to the region
• Ensures proper filing and cataloguing of all correspondents from and into RM’s office
• Responsible to research on relevant issues and topics for the RM as may be required
• Presents data logically using graphs/charts
• Ensures the entire regional office is clean, safe and conducive at all times
• Receives and entertain all visitors to RM’s office professionally and as may be appropriate
• Manages all clients contact and information
• Builds a good rapport with the Company’s Clients


Job Objective(s)

To ensure effective management of the Regional office and provide all necessary support for the office to ensure the company’s objectives are met.


Qualification and Experience

• 1st Degree or equivalent, preference for higher qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of post qualification experience in Secretarial or Customer Service Function in a well structured company
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft project)
• Familiarity with Management Information System will be an added advantage
• Must be between 27-37 years old
• Relevant professional qualifications will be of added advantage
