Job Title: Head/Officer, Audit & Investigation Unit

Reports To: Group Head, Systems & Control Group

Job Objective: To ensure independent appraisal of the activities of the Company and also put in place necessary fraud prevention processes

Key Responsibilities and Accountability


• Coordinate and carry out periodic audit exercises
• Carry periodic asset verification exercises
• Periodic scrutiny of ledger account transaction and balances
• Perform payroll review
• Liaison with External Auditors, where the need arises
• Reconciliation of bank accounts allotted
• Validation of entries in AIMS, AimsFriendly and other applications used by the Company
• Reviews Company’s monthly production with financial statistics.
• Evaluate existing processes and controls for weaknesses, and make recommendations where necessary
• Carry out fraud and necessary investigations, when the need arises
• Liaise with the Nigerian Police Force and other law enforcement operatives, where necessary

Job Title: Senior Investment Analysts/Fund Manager

Reports To: Chief Investment Officer

Job Objective: To provide fundamental investment analysis and research and market analysis on Nigerian companies, markets and sectors covering various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


• responsibilities will include conducting in-dept research and valuations of Nigerian companies
• maintaining industry sector information and analysis
• making buy and sell recommendations
• participating in market meetings
• portfolio modelling, construction and analysis
• executing transactions; and
• supervising support staff.

Job Title: Team Leader/Relationship Manager

Reports To: Head; Corporate Business Group

Job Objective: To establish the company as a dominant player in the team’s industry sector via the development and management of vibrant corporate clientelle base.
The critical direction is to lead the Company to achieve not lower than a number 1 position nationwide in terms of Corporate market share by 2012.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Primarily market and sell Oraclemed International Health Plan and other ancillary services to institutional clients in both the private and public sectors.
• Markets and sells all other GTAssur’s products and services to corporate clients in the Professional and Allied Services sector of the economy.
• Participates in Product development, repackaging and customization as it relates to the specific business sector.
• Provides market intelligence for product improvement/development to relevant team in the company
• Leads the Team’s relationship management activities.
• Responsible for the growth of client base in the sector.
• Identifies and establishes business relationship with potential clients in the Team’s industry sector
• Ensures prompt preparation of accurate quotations in instances where recourse to GOG & LHOG is not necessary.
• Responsible for the preparation of proposals.
• Reviews pre and post call memos.
• Prepares and presents the Team’s Monthly Performance Report.
• Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the Team’s budget.
• Reviews weekly and monthly activities report.
• Provides leadership and strategic direction for Team members.
• Ensure the adequate development of the Team members and self
• Responsible for reconciliation of customers accounts on a monthly basis.
