INVENTORY COORDINATOR
The job holder reports to the Inventory Manager and is responsible for the preparation of inventory report. He/she ensures that inventories of all items are accurately and timely recorded as they occur.
QUALIFICATION: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Minimum of BSc/HND in Accounting, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration from a recognised institution
· Minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in the transport and logistics sector
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
· Conversant with budget preparation, budgetary controls and review
· Knowledge of ‘NAVISION ERP’
OPERATIONS ANALYST
The job holder generates complete and accurate operational information that will aid sound management decisions. He analyses data generated and highlights critical issues affecting the achievement of set target.
QUALIFICATION: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Same as above
· Good operations background will be an added advantage
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
The job holder is responsible for the follow up and processing of sales of company products and customer’s order/request. He/she liaises with the client to keep them informed of development concerning their orders/requests.
QUALIFCATION: THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Must possess a minimum of BSc/HND in Marketing or Social Sciences
· Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar role
· Extremely customer-oriented
· Full conversant with computer applications
· Good command of the English Language
